Por primera vez os invitamos a participar en el encuentro de jóvenes GO FOR GREEN que tendrá lugar en Shaki (Azerbayán) del 8 al 15 de septiembre de 2013. Es la primera vez que realizamos un proyecto en Azerbayán y estamos muy contentos porque la temática del curso es muy importante y también Azerbayán es un país muy interesante.

Nuestra asociación cuenta con 5 plazas para participar en este encuentro de jóvenes sobre protección medio ambiental y desarrollo sostenible.

SUMARIO DEL PROYECTO

The project “Go For Green” will be realized in Shaki, Azerbaijan from the 8th to the 14th of September 2013, being a multilateral youth exchange that will bring together groups from Azerbaijan, Turkey, Georgia, Romania, Spain, Ukraine, Czech Republic and Moldova. This project will involve 40 people, aged between 18 and 25 years, 4 youngsters + 1 leader from each country, fulfilling gender balance condition.
Volunteer activities for environment will be held by youngsters of different cultures.
The main theme of the project will be protection the natural environment on individual, organizational or governmental levels, for the benefit of the natural environment and humans. The youth will deal with the topics through the non-formal education approach, including outdoor activities, workshops, and games with the aim to protect our natural environment from different kinds of pollution.

OBJETIVOS DEL PROYECTO (en inglés)

– To promote youngsters to protect environment from different kinds of pollution
– To improve competences of trainers, facilitators and team leaders on intercultural learning and environmental issues
– To share experiences and expertise from trainer to trainer
– To develop new approaches and concrete methods for international youth exchanges
– To contribute to the personal and professional development of young people , developing their environmental knowledge
– To establish new partnerships and cooperation for the improvement of quality in international youth work

INFORMACIÓN SOBRE SHAKI

Shaki – one of the most ancient towns in the Caucasus is situated in northern Azerbaijan on the southern part of the Greater Caucasus mountain range, 325 km (202 mi) from Baku. The population of Shaki is 63,000 .The mountain forests around the area prevent the city from floods and overheating of the area during summer. It dates back to the Late Bronze Age and played a vital role in the development of Azerbaijani culture throughout the ages. The designation of a “Silk Road” connecting the West to the East directly applies to Shaki, for it was once a great silk center.

TRANSPORTE, ALOJAMIENTO Y COMIDAS (en inglés)

The youth exchange will be held in Shaki, North-west Azerbaijan. It is supposed to be an outdoor activity. All activities including meals will be at the outdoor. Four – five participants of the same sex and different nationalities will share one tent. Organizers will provide participants with three times food per day and two tea-coffee breaks.
We strongly recommend participants to inform the organisers about any special needs of participants such are dietary, vegetarian or any other kind of special needs.
! Please note that if some participants will come earlier and stay longer for holiday reasons, organizers will not reimbursed additional nights.

CONDICIONES DE PARTICIPACIÓN

Ser socio de Libertas International (si todavía no eres socio vista este link http://www.libertasinternational.com/membership/), tener entre 18 y 25 años (si quieres ser líder de grupo no hay límite de edad). Alojamiento y comida incluído en el programa. Reembolso del 70% de los gastos de transporte. El límite para los gastos de tranporte es de 500 euros). Hay una tasa de participación de 30 euros.
